Once your registration is received, Camfil APC will book your hotel accommodations with the hotel below. We"ll pay for two nights’ lodging; if additional nights are requested, we"ll add to your existing reservation and it will be your responsibility to cover the charges at checkout.
Please be aware that the hotel has a 24-hour cancellation policy; any no-show fees will be your responsibility.
Your host hotel will provide a complimentary breakfast during your stay.
Camfil APC will provide lunches and snacks on your training days.
Arrival night dinner is on your own. Camfil APC will host a dinner for you the following night.
Camfil APC is about a 10 minute drive from your hotel. Class begins at 8:00 a.m. Training will be based out of our High Bay Training Room. Turn in to the Main Office entrance and drive around to the back building marked "Main Office," at:

Plan on arriving the night before your class begins.
Travel time: Your hotel is about 1.25 hours (67 miles) from the Memphis International Airport.
Plan to book a departure flight that is no sooner than 2.5 hours after class ends. Maintenance Training and NFPA Training end by 3:00 p.m. on the final day of training. A 5:30 p.m. or later departure flight will allow you adequate travel and check-in time. Sales and Technical Training ends by 5:00 p.m. on the final day of training. A 7:30 p.m. or later departure flight is adequate.
Trainee is responsible for transportation to and from the airport. Rental cars are available at the airport. You may also pre-book limo services with:
